At Tyler Presley Salon, we value your time and our team’s time. To provide the best experience for every guest, please review our appointment, cancellation, and service policies before booking.

Cancelation Policy

 

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to complete your service as scheduled. If we cannot accommodate the appointment, a cancellation fee may apply.

No Calls/No Shows

 

No-call/no-show appointments may be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Repeated missed appointments may require prepayment to reserve future appointments.

Credit Card Required

 

A credit card may be required to reserve appointments. Your card is only charged in accordance with our cancellation, no-show, or deposit policy.

Deposits

 

Some services, including new-client appointments, color correction, extensions, and permanent makeup, may require a non-refundable deposit to reserve the appointment.

Refund

 

Services are non-refundable. If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within one week of your appointment so we can review your concerns. Retail products, brushes, and tools are final sale
