Cancellation Policy

 

A cancellation or request to reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a cancellation fee. The amount charged will be equal to 50% of the services booked.

Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee that we will provide the service. If we cannot accommodate you, the same cancellation fee will be charged. We will try our best to reschedule your appointment for another time that suits you.

We realize that emergencies occur. If you do need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we simply request that you inform us at least 24 hours in advance . If the booking was made for the same day, we require at least two hours’ notice.

Confirmation Text

 

As a courtesy, 48 hours prior to your appointment you will receive a confirmation text with a link that you will need to click and confirm. However, if you do not confirm and we are unable to reach you to confirm that appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and a fee will apply. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed/cancelled appointments and the cancellation fee.

Arrival to Salon for Service(s)

Our scheduling is optimized to allow the correct time needed to complete your service(s). Please help us by being on time so that we may complete your service as scheduled. For blowdry services, please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

No Calls/No Shows

 

If you do not call to cancel or reschedule and do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment you will be charged 100% of the service(s) originally scheduled. Repeated no-shows or cancellations may require credit card prepayments to reserve an appointment.

Credit Card Required

 

A credit card is required for all services booked at Tyler Presley Salon. We require a 24 hours notice to CANCEL OR MAKE ANY CHANGES to an appointment, if the 24 hours notice is not given for a cancellation/rescheduling, your credit card will be charged 50% of the service that was scheduled. NO CALL/NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the service that was scheduled.

Due to high demand for our services and respect for our stylist’s time, a 50 % Deposit is required for any service over 2 hours to hold your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so within 24-72 hours before your scheduled appointment. Less than 24 hour notice, will result in a non refundable deposit.

Refund

 

We DO NOT offer refunds of any kind. If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your service, please notify us within a week of your appointment.
