As a courtesy to our clients, our salon will call & confirm all appointments 48 hours in advance. please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates & times. We greatly appreciate 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. After two confirmed and missed (no-show) appointments, Tyler Presley Salon will only reserve an upcoming service appointment with a credit card on file. 50% of your reserved service amount will be charged to your credit card upon your 3rd missed appointment.
For new clients we highly recommend scheduling a consultation with one our stylists. It gives you and us the opportunity to best serve your needs and to get the best results. Consultations usually last between 15-20 mins and are always free! If you would like a consultation for a future service please call the salon. Easy service quotes can be given over the phone with an exception to larger services.
You can expect exceptional service with each and every one of our stylists. Our team is extremely educated in hair cutting practices and color techniques. For any reason you are unhappy with anything at the salon we ask that you please bring it to our attention no more than 1 week from the date of service. Each case will be addressed professional and diligently.
Tyler Presley Salon has a large selection of beauty products including Goldwell, KMS, Dual Senses, Davines, Joico, Moroccan Oil & Sebastian. We do not accept returns after 30 days of purchase and the product must be more than 50% full.
Gratuities are not included in the price of services rendered but are always greatly appreciated. As a courtesy, we provide gratuity envelopes for your convenience.
