These terms apply to the Tyler Presley Salon website, appointment booking, and customer support messaging.

Appointments and pricing

You can request or book an appointment through our online booking system or by calling the salon. Some services may require a consultation before we can confirm the price, timing, or availability. Please review your booking confirmation for your appointment details and any requirements that apply to your service.

Cancellations, deposits, and service concerns

Please review our Salon Policies before booking. They cover cancellations, rescheduling, late arrivals, missed appointments, deposits, and refunds. To change or cancel an appointment, call 561-450-7625 and confirm the change with our team.

If you have a concern about a service you received, please contact us within one week of your appointment so we can review it with you.

Google messaging

When available, you can message Tyler Presley Salon through our Google Business Profile to ask about services, hours, and booking. Google’s automated assistant may answer first. You can ask to speak with a person or call the salon directly.

For a personalized quote or to verify that an appointment has been booked, changed, or canceled, check your booking confirmation or contact the salon directly. Please keep payment card details, passwords, and sensitive personal information out of chat.
